Job summary

Prodrive Technologies is seeking a Compensation & Benefits Lead (Interim) to shape and govern our Total Rewards strategy across CLA/CAO and non-CLAO populations. You will design salary structures, benefits, and job architecture while aligning with global principles and local market needs.

The role requires 8+ years in compensation and rewards, strong governance, and ability to work with HR, Finance, Legal, and Works Councils. Hybrid working is available; freelancers welcomed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Economics, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years in Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards, or Reward Management.
• Proven experience designing compensation frameworks, reward programs, and governance.
• Experience in CLA/CAO and non-CLA environments.

Responsibilities

• Drive development and implementation of Compensation & Benefits and Total Rewards strategy.
• Translate global reward principles into scalable frameworks for international operations.
• Support regional entities adapting reward programs to local labor markets and legislation.
• Design and improve salary structures, job grading, bonus plans, and benefits.
• Manage annual merit reviews and governance of rewards.
• Develop variable pay and one-off reward mechanisms to differentiate performance.
• Advise managers on reward policies within governance frameworks.
