Job summary

Tencent Cloud Europe B.V. is launching an in-house sourcing hub and seeks motivated interns to support recruiting and talent acquisition. You will assist in translating roles into sourcing briefs and build pipelines across platforms, contributing to Tencent’s hiring goals.

Qualifications

• Currently an undergraduate or master's degree student in Human Resources or its equivalent.
• Prior recruitment and/or sourcing experience with exposure to Boolean searches preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to gather, analyse information and identify problems.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the hiring team to translate open roles into clear sourcing briefs and success criteria.
• Conduct market research to understand where potential candidates may be found and engagement methods.
• Build Talent Pools for evergreen positions, maintaining candidate pipelines across platforms and groups.
• Outreach and engagement with potential candidates through emails, social media, or calls.
• Drive employee and candidate referral generation.
• Report and analyse sourcing strategies’ effectiveness, such as conversion rates and channel performance.
