Tencent Cloud Europe B.V. is launching an in-house sourcing hub and seeks motivated interns to support recruiting and talent acquisition. You will assist in translating roles into sourcing briefs and build pipelines across platforms, contributing to Tencent’s hiring goals.

Join a cross-cultural, bilingual team and gain hands-on experience in Boolean searches, market research, candidate engagement, and referrals within a global tech company.

Competenze

• Currently an undergraduate or master's degree student in Human Resources or its equivalent.
• Prior recruitment and/or sourcing experience with exposure to Boolean searches preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to gather, analyse information and identify problems.

In line with this initiative, we are seeking motivated interns who have a keen interest in the field of recruiting and are eager to deepen their understanding of the intricacies involved in talent identification and acquisition.

Roles & Responsiblities

• Partner with the hiring team to translate open roles into clear sourcing briefs and success criteria.
• Conducting market research to understand where potential candidates may be found, best methods to engage with them and market/industry trends.
• Building Talent Pools for evergreen positions, keeping and maintaining candidate pipelines across various platforms and groups.
• Outreach and engagement with potential candidates through emails, social media, or phone calls to gauge their interest in open positions and to inform them about job opportunities.
• Drive employee and candidate referral generation.
• Report and analyse existing projects in terms of sourcing strategies’ effectiveness, such as conversion rates, channel performance and how to improve the sourcing process.

Who We Look For

Qualifications

• Currently an undergraduate or master’s degree student in Human Resources or its equivalent.
• Ideally with prior recruitment and/or sourcing experience with exposure to Boolean searches.
• Strong analytical skills, proficiency in gathering and analysing information, and ability to identify problems through the information.
• Ability to adapt to cross-regional and cross-cultural work patterns.
• Great teamwork spirit, strong communication skills, and fast-learning ability.
• Require bilingual proficiency as 80% of communications with global and HQ teams are conducted in both English and Mandarin.
