Job summary

GoodHabitz in Eindhoven is offering a hands-on Talent Acquisition HR Intern position this summer. You’ll work with our international recruitment team across the full process, from attraction to offer, gaining real-world experience in a fast-growing scale-up.

You’ll learn sourcing on LinkedIn Recruiter and our ATS, help coordinate interviews, and ensure a great candidate experience. The internship includes €500 per month and a chance to contribute to employer branding while developing your HR

Qualifications

• Student enrolled in HR or related study.
• Available full-time, Oct start through March.
• Super organized with initiative.
• Friendly, approachable and confident in English.

Responsibilities

• Support the Hiring Process: coordinate interviews and candidate comms from application to offer.
• Get Hands-On with Sourcing across platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS.
• Screen & Identify Talent: review applications and CVs, assist with initial screening.
• Create a Great Candidate Experience: maintain positive candidate interactions throughout the process.
• Support Recruitment Operations: keep ATS data up to date and assist with reporting.
• Contribute to Employer Branding: assist with recruitment content and branding initiatives.
