Job summary

ITEC in the Netherlands is offering a hands-on Sourcing Intern role within its procurement team. You will support day-to-day purchasing activities, work with data in ERP systems, and contribute to supplier performance analyses in a global tech environment.

This internship develops tangible impact through projects on supplier management, analytics, process optimization and cost improvement, with mentorship from experienced procurement professionals and exposure to semiconductor manufacturing and

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Procurement, Logistics, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Analytical, accurate and eager to learn.
Comfortable working with data and Microsoft Excel.
Proactive and capable of working independently.
A strong communicator with excellent collaboration skills.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

Support procurement processes and purchasing activities.
Assist in data crunching (via ERP system) about supplier performance and spend analysis.
Help in administrative work like creating / updating supplier and maintaining purchasing data in ERP system.
Contribute to procurement improvement projects.
Collaborate with stakeholders across Operations, Logistics and Engineering.
Prepare reports, dashboards and presentations for the Procurement team.
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality and cost within procurement processes.
Handle any other ad-hoc assignments as required by business needs.
