Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Manager & Global Process Lead, Supply Planning Reliability to orchestrate the development, governance, and continuous improvement of global planning processes across our Integrated Supply Chain. This role is the global owner for Planning Reliability standards and adoption strategies.

You will partner with Supply Chain, Technology, and Business functions to drive planning excellence, leveraging digital tools and capability-building programs to uplift planning

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in Supply Chain Planning, IBP, or related areas in a global setting.
• Experience leading process improvement and global capability-building initiatives.
• Fluent in English; strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve global Planning standards with governance and tools.
• Lead process transformation and technology implementation initiatives.
• Develop and maintain planning playbooks, documentation, and training materials.
• Build partnerships across Supply Chain, Technology, and Business functions.
