Job summary

JAC Recruitment (UK) Ltd. is seeking a seasoned Demand Planner to act as a one-stop point of contact for demand planning needs. You will develop, deliver and report on detailed demand plans that balance customer wants with the global strategy.

You will be a team player with the drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with colleagues across departments to build plans that align with budget, product, and factory constraints while maximizing stakeholder outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in demand forecasting and creating detailed demand plans.
• Ability to communicate with buying, sales, marketing and finance.
• Strong analytical skills and budgeting awareness.

Responsibilities

• Develop demand forecasts and manage the planning calendar with related departments.
• Build knowledge of forecast drivers by interacting with buying, sales, marketing and finance teams.
• Review historical sales trends to prepare forecast data and evaluate future results.
• Translate the demand plan into an effective supply plan.
• Regularly communicate with our global head office and liaise with support teams where needed.
• Support any other tasks that may be necessary and requested.
