Job summary

Sire Search is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to ensure stable and efficient product supply across global markets. You will focus on medium and long-term planning, inventory optimization, production alignment, and stakeholder management.

You will collaborate with global teams, production sites, and business stakeholders to balance demand, capacity, inventory, and cost while supporting launches and lifecycle activities.

Qualifications

• End-to-end supply chain planning experience.
• Experience in regulated industries.
• Lean, Six Sigma or continuous improvement experience.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Own tactical and strategic supply planning activities.
• Manage medium and long term planning for products and production lines.
• Collaborate with global supply chain teams and manufacturing sites.
• Identify supply risks and mitigation strategies.
• Drive inventory optimization and lifecycle management.
• Support product launches, phase outs, and lifecycle management activities.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for supply deviations.
• Deliver scenario planning and business impact assessments.
• Monitor production capacity utilization and component availability.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain.
