Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Site Automation Lead to join our Global Engineering & Technology team at the Leiden manufacturing site. You will own ISA-95 Level 1–2 systems and select Level 3 applications, ensuring compliance, reliability and performance in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

BSc in Engineering or related technical field with 8+ years in manufacturing.
4+ years of leadership and delivery experience in GMP regulated manufacturing automation or IT.
Strong knowledge of cGMP in FDA-regulated environments and validation practices (FAT, SAT, IQ/OQ/PQ).
Experience with ISA-95 Level 1–3 systems (DeltaV, PLCs, MES PAS-X, OSI PI).
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive change across large organizations.

Ensure GMP and EHS compliance, validation, and lifecycle management.
