Job summary

JDE Peets is seeking an experienced Supply Network Planner to join the Central Supply Chain team. This role offers high impact with visibility as you optimize cost, cash, and service across our global network. Hybrid work and a coffee-driven culture await.

You will lead scenario planning, drive strategic decisions on investments and supply chain design, and manage critical materials to ensure resilience, while partnering with finance, R&D, and manufacturing across borders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain.
• At least 3-5 years of Supply Planning experience.
• Experienced with SAP MRP APO/OMP or comparable planning tool.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead scenario planning (3-36 months) and capacity assessments.
• Drive strategic decisions on investments, product reallocations, and supply chain design.
• Manage critical materials to ensure resilience and continuity.
• Own category reporting and support global demand planning.
• Optimize inventory across finished goods, semi-finished, and materials.
• Collaborate globally with planning, procurement, manufacturing, R&D, and finance.
• Impact & visibility: work with senior stakeholders and influence key decisions.
• Global scope: be part of an international, cross-functional supply chain team.
