Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Transcend Deployment Logistics Manager to lead the deployment of global logistics capabilities within SAP S/4HANA and related platforms. You will partner across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, and IT to ensure successful ERP transformation deployments.

The role demands strong program leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and deep knowledge of logistics processes, master data, testing, training, and change management to support global rollout and data

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Information Systems, Logistics, or related field is required.
Minimum 6 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, ERP Deployment, Operations, or Program Management.
Experience implementing enterprise systems such as SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, or equivalent ERP platforms.
Experience leading cross-functional projects in a complex, global environment.

Responsibilities

Lead logistics deployment activities for Transcend program releases and site implementations.
Coordinate with global process owners and deployment teams to execute best practice deployment strategies and timelines.
Drive readiness assessments and risk mitigation plans for logistics deployments.
Ensure alignment between business requirements and standardized global solutions.
Coordinate business simulation testing, UAT, training, and cutover activities.
