Job summary

Huisman Equipment B.V. is seeking a Manager (GDM) Service Support to lead a global team of superintendents and support engineers.

You will drive day-to-day operations, enhance service processes, and strengthen international collaboration while maintaining high client satisfaction. You will develop a culture of ownership, recruit and onboard international staff, and build tools and KPIs to support growth across the service business line.

Qualifications

• Leader with experience running a technical support team.
• Ability to recruit, onboard and integrate international staff.
• Proven track record in defining and tracking KPIs and performance metrics.
• Strong communication and collaboration across global teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the technical support team.
• Mentor and develop a globally operating team of superintendents and engineers.
• Improve support processes and international collaboration.
• Create and maintain tools, dashboards, and KPIs for the department and service line.
