Job summary

Huisman is seeking a Manager (GDM) Service Support to lead the day-to-day operations of the technical support team and mentor a globally operating group of superintendents and engineers, ensuring timely resolution of issues and high client satisfaction.

You will collaborate across sales, engineering, supply chain and production, define and implement a strategy for international collaboration, and visit other Huisman entities at least once a year.

About The Position Of Manager (GDM) Service Support

As Manager (GDM) Service Support, you will lead the day-to-day operations of the technical support team. You will manage and mentor a globally operating team of superintendents and support engineers, ensuring that technical issues are resolved promptly and effectively while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.

You will work closely with other departments to improve support processes, strengthen international collaboration, and contribute to the continued growth and success of the service business line.   • Align project standards and working practices to support a globally distributed team and international clients.

  • A proven leader with operational experience in a managerial role.

You have

  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience defining, implementing, and monitoring KPIs and performance metrics.
  • A proven track record of managing large teams, preferably in a global environment.
  • The willingness and ability to visit other Huisman entities at least once a year.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
