Job summary

DSJ Global is seeking an energetic Business Unit Manager to lead a key client-facing team near Rotterdam. You will own end-to-end responsibility for your client portfolio, balancing commercial performance, service quality, and team development.

You will translate commercial agreements into operational execution, spot improvement opportunities, and guide a 15–20 strong team. Dutch and English communication, P&L, forecasting, and budget management are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading customer service or account teams in logistics or related services.
• Proven ability to manage P&L, forecasting and budgets.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Own client portfolio performance including P&L, forecasting, and budgets.
• Lead, coach, and develop a 15–20 person team.
• Build strong client relationships and handle escalations.
• Ensure high-quality service operations meeting SLAs.
• Drive process improvements and KPI reporting.
• Collaborate with commercial, operational, and support functions.
