Job summary

AmbaFlex Spiral Conveyor Solutions in the Netherlands seeks a Global Service Engineering Manager to set the technical standards for our service organization and link field insights with Engineering, Innovation and Operations.

You will own global service quality, drive standards, root-cause analysis, and lifecycle improvements while coaching regional teams and enabling predictive maintenance across regions. This role requires travel and international collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in a comparable technical leadership role.
• Strong engineering and business understanding within service or asset-intensive environments.

Responsibilities

• Own technical quality and reliability across the global installed base.
• Define and improve global Service Engineering standards.
• Drive root cause analysis and permanent solutions for complex issues.
• Collaborate with R&D and Product Engineering on design for reliability.
• Develop lifecycle strategies including TCO modelling and forecasting.
• Improve installed base data, connectivity and predictive maintenance capabilities.
• Translate field insights into product and service improvements.
• Develop technical capabilities through training and coaching of regional teams.
