Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in technical or project management.
• Experience in multidisciplinary, international technical projects in maritime/offshore.
• Experience coaching and guiding teams.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new requirements and prioritize.

Responsibilities

• Determine and coordinate scope of the service operation activities for a specific client.
• Identify, follow up and migrate risks or opportunities to ensure on-time delivery.
• Be the first technical point of contact for the clients.
• Motivate assigned teams.
• Act as supervisor of the Service Operations activities.
• Willing to travel to manage larger service projects on-site is a plus.
