Job summary

Huisman is seeking a Technical Superintendent for our Service division to drive maintenance and service operations for assigned clients. You will maximise uptime of Huisman equipment while coordinating with a technical team, ensuring client expectations are met and safety, financials, planning and onsite execution are aligned.

You will serve as the primary technical contact, manage on-site activities globally, and collaborate across disciplines.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in multidisciplinary, multicultural teams.
• Willingness to travel to manage larger service projects on-site.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new requirements and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Determining and coordinating the scope of the service operation activities for a specific client or group of clients.
• Identifying, follow up and migrate risks or seeing opportunities to ensure on-time delivery.
• Being the first technical point of contact for the clients.
• Motivating the assigned teams.
• Acting as a supervisor of the Service Operations activities.
• Willing to travel to manage larger service project on-site is a plus.
