Job summary

Qualifications

• HBO degree or equivalent in mechanical engineering or related field.
• At least 3 years of work experience in a similar supervisory role.
• Good command of English and preferably Dutch and French (spoken and written).
• Broad knowledge of corporate administration.
• Excellent customer service skills, with experience in negotiation and diplomatic handling.
• Good computer skills, proficient in Excel, Word, and Access.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service activities and technical field activities for customers worldwide.
• Serve as the main link between customers and internal departments to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Prepare monthly reports tracking status of claims, invoices and credit notes.
• Provide administrative and technical support and act as first point of contact for customers, distributors, external departments and end users.
• Contribute to development of policies and procedures for the service department and promote collaboration and customer satisfaction.
