Job summary

Twin Disc is seeking a Service Project Coordinator based in the Netherlands to coordinate worldwide service activities and provide administrative and technical support. You will liaise with global teams and customers, ensuring efficient service delivery and timely communications.

You will develop monthly reports, manage claims, invoices, and credit notes, and contribute to service policies while growing as a long-term expert within the organization.

Qualifications

• Requires HBO degree or equivalent in mechanical engineering.
• At least 3 years of work experience in a supervisory role.
• Good command of English; Dutch and French preferred.
• Broad knowledge of corporate administration.
• Excellent customer service skills with negotiation and diplomatic handling.
• Good computer skills with spreadsheets (Excel), word processing (Word), and databases (Access).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all services and technical field activities to ensure worldwide service delivery.
• Act as the link between customers and internal departments to coordinate service activities.
• Prepare monthly reports on claims, invoices, and credit notes.
• Provide administrative and technical support and be the first point of contact for customers, distributors, external departments, and end users.
• Promote collaboration and customer satisfaction across stakeholders.
• Contribute to development of policies and procedures for the service department.
