Job summary

Framo is seeking a proactive Project Engineer to coordinate international marine service projects and ensure successful execution worldwide. You will act as a bridge between customers, service technicians, and internal departments, delivering high-quality service and maintaining strong communication throughout the project lifecycle.

You will plan and oversee technical and administrative tasks, prepare quotations, and guide technicians with inspections on board vessels, reporting to the Service

Qualifications

• MBO+/HBO level in Mechanical Engineering or Marine Engineering.
• Technical affinity with marine equipment and mechanical systems.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
• Good command of English, written and spoken.
• Customer-oriented mindset and strong communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, coordinate and supervise service projects worldwide.
• Manage technical and operational aspects of assigned service projects.
• Prepare service quotations and communicate with customers on requests, progress and delivery.
• Coordinate service activities with technicians, customers and internal departments.
• Monitor planning, execution and progress to ensure timely, high-quality service delivery.
• Provide updates and reports on ongoing projects and ensure proper documentation.
• Support and guide service technicians in technical inspections onboard vessels.
• Share knowledge and contribute to coaching and training of the service team.
• Ensure activities comply with Framo standards, procedures and safety requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve service processes, efficiency and customer satisfaction.
