Job summary

Framo seeks a Project Engineer to coordinate and deliver international marine service projects. You will plan, prepare, and supervise activities worldwide, acting as a key link between customers, service technicians, and internal departments. You report to the Service Manager and support on-board inspections with a strong focus on quality and safety.

You bring an engineering background, excellent organization, and solid English communication to ensure high-quality service across global vessels.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, coordinate, and supervise service projects worldwide.
• Manage technical and operational aspects of projects.
• Prepare service quotations and communicate with customers.
• Coordinate activities with technicians, customers, and internal departments.
• Monitor planning and progress; provide status updates and reports.
• Ensure documentation and invoicing readiness of completed orders.
• Guide service technicians with inspections on board vessels.
• Share technical knowledge and contribute to coaching of the team.
• Ensure activities meet Framo standards, procedures, and safety rules.
• Identify process improvements for efficiency and customer satisfaction.
