Job summary

Twin Disc is seeking a Service Coordinator in the Netherlands to coordinate all service and technical field activities worldwide. You will act as the link between customers and internal departments, ensuring efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction.

You will prepare monthly reports and support policy development for the service department, with a focus on growth and long-term expertise within the organization.

Qualifications

• HBO degree or equivalent in Technical Administration or Business Administration with technical background.
• At least 3 years of work experience in a similar supervisory role or customer service affinity.
• Excellent command of English; Dutch and French language skills are preferred.
• Broad knowledge of corporate administration.
• Excellent customer service skills with negotiation and diplomatic handling.
• Strong computer skills including Excel, Word, and databases (Access, Oracle, Salesforce).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service activities across departments to serve customers worldwide.
• Prepare monthly reports on orders, warranty claims, invoices, credit notes, parts and availability.
• Act as the first point of contact for customers, distributors, external departments and end users.
• Promote collaboration between Twin Disc stakeholders and drive customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to developing policies and procedures for the service department.
