HOUDIJK HOLLAND B.V. is seeking a Service Coordinator to manage service, maintenance, and repeat orders for international customers from our Vlaardingen base. You will coordinate deliveries, answer technical questions, and drive customer relationships while supporting travel to the U.S. for meetings or training.

You will liaise with customers, plan procurement and logistics, and look for opportunities to upsell services. The role emphasizes independence, initiative, and a strong service mindset.

Qualifications

• MBO+/HBO level education, preferably with a technical background.
• Experience in a technical support role (e.g., Technical Internal Sales, Work Planner, Sales Engineer, or Service Coordinator).
• Excellent command of Dutch and English for communication with international customers and colleagues.
• Decisive, proactive, and customer-oriented.
• Providing a Certificate of Conduct (VOG) may be part of the application process.

Responsibilities

• Assess incoming requests, ask the right questions, and initiate internal actions.
• Coordinate procurement, logistics, and work preparation for service requests.
• Identify (commercial) opportunities to offer additional services and prepare quotations and service contracts.
• Contribute ideas and actively develop and improve our service.
