Job summary

Dophou Nederland BV in Bodegraven is seeking a Service Coordinator to organize service and maintenance projects from initial request to completion. You will be the first point of contact, monitor progress, and ensure flawless delivery of both small follow-ups and larger service projects.

The role requires MBO+/HBO level thinking, several years of experience in a similar role, strong communication skills, stress resilience, and a service-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• MBO+/HBO level of working and thinking.
• Several years of experience in a similar role (service coordination, work preparation, or service & maintenance).
• Strong communication skills, stress resilience, and a service-oriented mindset.
• Preferably living in the Bodegraven area (or willing to commute to Bodegraven).

Responsibilities

• Receiving, registering, and prioritizing service requests
• Preparing and monitoring the planning for your team of service technicians
• Coordinating with clients, the Technical Manager, and fellow coordinators
• Preparing reports and providing input for invoicing
