Job summary

AEGIR-Marine is seeking a Service Coordinator in Wijk bij Duurstede to manage the full lifecycle of service requests from intake to invoicing. You will dispatch engineers, schedule resources, and coordinate subcontractor support while maintaining clear communication with clients and internal teams.

You will also monitor budget execution, handle claims, and participate in weekend on-call rotations as needed, contributing to the company’s global service operations.

Qualifications

• MBO+ degree or higher.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written.
• Strong communication and organization under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end service request lifecycle from intake to invoicing.
• Dispatch (Senior) Service Engineers and monitor field execution.
• Create engineer schedules and coordinate subcontractor support.
• Handle travel and safety logistics for on-site work.
• Act as primary contact for clients and engineers with clear communication.
• Monitor budget execution and handle warranty or service claims.
