Job summary

HEINEKEN is seeking a Process Transformation Manager for Global Rewards in Amsterdam. You will drive operational excellence, transform processes, and digitalise data flows across Rewards, collaborating with People teams, technology partners and OpCos to deliver scalable services.

You will lead compensation data projects, standardisation efforts, and analytics that inform decisions and improve employee experiences. A strategic, collaborative leader with strong program management will thrive.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, Data, Technology or related field.
• Significant experience in Reward, HR operations, HR transformation, HR systems, process management, analytics or related field.
• Process transformation experience including standardisation and automation.
• Proven project management experience across complex, cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence, process transformation and digitalisation across Global Rewards.
• Lead design, standardisation and continuous improvement of Rewards processes, systems and data flows.
• Oversee Rewards operations including salary review, STI, LTIP and payroll processes.
• Manage data reporting, analytics and decision-support for Rewards stakeholders.
• Lead projects from design through implementation with cross-functional teams.
