• Lead the development of Ingka’s Total Rewards Framework for mergers, acquisitions and transformation agendas.
• Provide expert Total Rewards guidance to secure competitive, compliant, and sustainable solutions.
• Partner with management teams and Boards through the M&A lifecycle for integration and ongoing operations.
• Translate reward insights and cost implications into actionable business recommendations.
• Lead topics to improve Total Rewards processes and digital tools.
