• Proven ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience supporting M&A activities and integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of Ingka’s Total Rewards framework in partnership with key stakeholders.
• Provide expert Total Rewards guidance to support acquisitions and transformation agendas.
• Partner with management teams and Boards of acquired companies through the M&A lifecycle.
• Translate reward insights, market practice and cost implications into clear recommendations for business decisions.
• Lead and/or contribute to development topics to improve Total Rewards processes and digital tools.
