First Impression is seeking a Global Key Account Manager for Retail to sustain and grow our largest international retail accounts. You will identify opportunities, connect stakeholders across functions, and ensure we remain at the table for every next step.

You will work with global brands and major retailers, travel internationally when needed, and lead account plans, forecasts, and sales data to drive commercial growth.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in strategic account management, business development, or consulting sales.
• Experience with international retail organizations and multi-country stakeholders.
• Proven track record of building long-term customer relationships and driving growth.
• Ability to interact with operational, strategic, and executive levels.
• Skilled in commercial negotiations involving large-scale projects.
• Experience with account plans, forecasts, and sales data.

Responsabilités

• Manage and grow key international retail accounts, expanding opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Solution Design, Project Management, Service, Creative) to move opportunities forward.
• Monitor revenue, margins, forecasts, and customer satisfaction to capitalize on opportunities.
• Develop and maintain account plans and long-term relationships across multiple countries.
