SolidNature is seeking a Global Retail Partnerships Manager to develop and execute an international distribution strategy across premium retailers, department stores and concept stores worldwide.

You will negotiate agreements, coordinate launches, and drive sell-through while maintaining the brand's premium positioning. This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, strong networks, and the ability to travel internationally to meet partners and attend trade events.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in international retail development, wholesale, or strategic account management.
• Proven track record of establishing or expanding global distribution networks in premium or luxury sectors.
• Experience with premium/ luxury retailers, department stores or concept stores.
• Strong understanding of wholesale models, buying processes, negotiations and distribution agreements.
• Established international network of buyers or partners is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Build and manage an international network of premium retail and wholesale partners from ground up.
• Develop market entry strategies and prioritize countries, regions and channels.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and wholesale terms; coordinate launches and drive sell-through.
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to onboarding and ongoing account growth.
• Ensure brand positioning and consistent execution across international partners.
