Job summary

Qblox seeks a Global Head of Marketing to own and scale our enterprise marketing program. You will architect a tiered ABM engine across EMEA, North America, and APAC, aligning with Sales, and accelerating long-cycle deals through targeted programs that engage economic buyers and champions.

You will shape GTM for modular hardware, Cluster control platform, and software stack, while driving content, digital campaigns, and premier events to build awareness and demand.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in B2B technology marketing.
• 4+ years leading and scaling marketing teams.
• Proven ABM engine design and execution for long sales cycles.
• Deep-tech/enterprise familiarity with quantum tech or related fields.
• Structured sales alignment using MEDDPICC.
• Proficient with Salesforce, HubSpot and 6sense/Demandbase; strong budget and pipeline accountability.

Responsibilities

• Architect Enterprise ABM across EMEA, North America and APAC with long-term cycles.
• Align target accounts with Sales and drive champions and economic buyers.
• Lead global GTM across hardware, software and platform products.
• Drive content, digital campaigns, and selective executive events.
• Expand ecosystem with partners and manage global PR and employer branding.
• Scale a multidisciplinary marketing team and attribute budget to pipeline velocity.
