Qblox in Delft, Netherlands seeks a Solution Architect Manager for EMEA & APAC (Pre-sales). The role leads the pre-sales team for quantum control and readout systems, partnering with Sales to design value-driven solutions for strategic accounts.

You will build a scalable pre-sales engine, align cross-functionally with Product and R&D, and act as senior sponsor for top customers at industry events. This is a full-time, on-site position in the EU.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading pre-sales or solution architecture in a high-technology or software domain.
• Strong collaboration with sales, product, and R&D to translate customer needs into technical value.

Responsabilités

• Lead and scale the pre-sales team across EMEA & APAC, hiring, coaching, and retaining top Quantum Application Scientists.
• Drive value-led discovery and strategic solution design that links capabilities to business outcomes.
• Partner with Sales on key accounts, manage MEDDPICC funnel, and drive disciplined revenue operations.
