Job summary

Qblox in Delft seeks a Global Head of Marketing to lead our global marketing function. You will design and run an advanced ABM engine across EMEA, NA, and APAC, turning complex buying committees into pipeline and orders.

You'll align Sales, shape GTM for hardware and software, manage digital campaigns, events, and PR, and mentor a high-performing team while traveling internationally to engage customers and partners.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in B2B technology marketing.
• 4+ years leading and scaling marketing teams.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in STEM, Business, or Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Architect Enterprise ABM across EMEA, North America, and APAC over 12–24 month cycles.
• Align target accounts with Sales and accelerate deal conversion.
• Lead GTM across hardware, Cluster control platform, and software stack.
• Direct content, campaigns, events including executive briefings and customer reference initiatives.
• Expand ecosystem with partners; oversee global PR, analyst relations, and employer branding.
• Mentor and scale a multi-disciplinary marketing team; manage budget with attribution.
