Job summary

Nouryon is seeking a Global Strategic Marketing Manager to shape and execute the strategic marketing vision for our Personal Care segment. You will lead a cross-functional team across regions, craft go-to-market strategies, and drive the innovation portfolio in collaboration with R&D.

You will translate global strategy into regional initiatives, develop launch plans and pricing logic, and monitor KPIs to ensure growth across multiple markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or engineering-related discipline (MBA desirable)
• 10+ years of relevant strategic segment/marketing experience
• 2+ years in an internal strategy group or top-tier strategy consulting firm; extensive knowledge of Personal Care market
• Experience in sales is desirable

Responsibilities

• Develop and roll out a compelling global business strategy and strategic marketing plan for the Personal Care market
• Translate global strategy into actionable regional initiatives with cross-functional teams
• Lead go-to-market strategies, pricing logic, and KPI monitoring for new products
• Develop launch packages including promotional materials, samples, regulatory actions, and price guidelines
• Lead and coordinate innovation projects and stage-gate reviews with R&D and other functions
