Job summary

Nouryon seeks a Global HR Business Partner based in Amsterdam to partner with the Segment Leader and senior teams. You will shape and execute a worldwide people strategy that supports commercial growth while balancing regional needs.

In this individual contributor role, you will lead global mobility, workforce planning, and organizational design efforts. You will collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Total Rewards, and regional HR teams to drive capability and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years HR experience with at least 3 years in global HRBP in a multinational.
• Strong understanding of HR across global markets including EMEA, APAC, and the Americas.
• Solid knowledge of Dutch labour law.
• Fluency in English and Dutch.
• Proven ability to influence senior leadership and drive strategic initiatives.
• Experience leading organizational transformation across countries.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global people strategy across regions.
• Advise Segment leaders on talent, org design, and workforce planning.
• Lead global HR initiatives including mobility and cross-regional deployment.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to build diverse, high-performing teams.
