Nouryon in Amsterdam is seeking a Global HR Business Partner to shape and execute a global people strategy that aligns with the segment's commercial ambitions and long-term business objectives. In this highly visible role, you will work with the Segment Leader and senior leadership to drive talent initiatives across regions and markets.

You will partner with regional HR teams, lead global HR initiatives, and ensure a high-performing, inclusive culture that balances local needs with global

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including 3+ years in global HRBP roles.
• Experience across multiple regions (EMEA, APAC, Americas).
• Fluency in English and Dutch; strong advisory skills.

Responsibilities

• Shape and execute a global people strategy to support commercial growth.
• Partner with Segment leadership on talent and organizational design across regions.
• Lead global HR initiatives including mobility and regional alignment.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to attract and retain top talent and build succession plans.
• Drive leadership development and capability-building programs tailored to global and regional needs.
