Job summary

Nouryon is seeking a Global HR Business Partner to shape and execute a global people strategy supporting the segment's commercial growth from Amsterdam. You will partner with regional HR teams and CoEs to deliver talent initiatives, leadership development, and organizational design across regions, while maintaining compliance and a high-performing culture.

You will advise senior leadership, drive strategic HR programs, and collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Total Rewards

Qualifications

10+ years of progressive HR experience with a global remit.
At least 3 years in a global HR Business Partner role in a multinational setting.
Strong knowledge of Dutch labour law and employment practices.
Fluency in English and Dutch.
Proven ability to influence senior leadership and drive global HR initiatives.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute global people strategies aligned to commercial goals across regions.
Serve as trusted advisor to Segment leader and senior leadership on talent and org design.
Lead global HR initiatives including mobility, cross-regional deployment and regional alignment.
Partner with Talent Acquisition to attract and retain top talent and ensure succession plans.
Collaborate with Talent Management to design leadership development and capability-building programs.
Support Total Rewards with competitive compensation, benefits, and performance management.
