Job summary

Nouryon in Amsterdam is seeking a Global Strategic Marketing Manager to shape the long-term strategy for the Institutional and Industrial Cleaning business. This role leads strategic marketing, drives market insights, and coordinates across regions with R&D, sales, and supply chain.

You will own go-to-market strategies, launch plans, and value propositions while monitoring KPIs and market trends. English fluency and 10+ years of experience are required; travel up to ~30% is expected.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant strategic segment and/or marketing experience.
• Fluency in English required; additional language skills are a plus.
• Experience across global cultures and in a matrixed organization.
• Willingness to travel up to ~30%.
• Experience in the Cleaning Goods market and chemicals industry desired.

Responsibilities

• Develop and roll out a global business strategy and strategic marketing plan for the I&I Cleaning market.
• Translate strategy into regional initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Lead the Market Management Team and act as marketing lead for strategic accounts.
• Drive go-to-market strategies, pricing, and KPI tracking.
• Build partnerships and drive M&A/External scouting efforts.
