Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to align analytics with strategic priorities.
• Analyze workforce, financial, and feedback data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and KPI reporting in Visier for self-service decision-making.
• Lead standardized reporting processes including monthly and quarterly reviews.
