Job summary

JDE Peet’s UK is seeking a Global People Analytics Specialist to partner with senior leaders and HR teams, turning workforce data into actionable insights. You will leverage Visier to develop scalable reporting, standardize HR reporting, and drive data-driven decision-making across regions.

You will lead dashboards, KPI reporting, and enable self-service decision-making, while coaching leaders to interpret data and drive accountability through action planning.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in an international/global corporate environment.

The Global People Analytics Specialist partners with senior leaders and HR teams to turn workforce data into actionable business insights. As part of the Global Employee Listening & Analytics team, you will support our global regions and help drive data-informed decision-making across topics such as talent, workforce planning, and employee engagement. You will primarily leverage Visier as our People Analytics suite to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, translating complex data into clear recommendations. A key focus of the role is developing scalable reporting solutions and enabling leaders to use people data effectively. You will also lead the standardization of HR reporting and business review processes, helping to create greater alignment, accountability, and data-driven decision-making across the organization.

• Partner with business leaders and HR stakeholders to align people analytics with strategic business priorities.
• Analyze workforce, financial, and feedback data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, HR metrics, and KPI reporting solutions within Visier to support self-service decision-making.
• Lead standardized reporting processes, including management dashboards, monthly reviews, and quarterly business reviews.
• Coach and enable leaders and HR teams to interpret data, derive insights, and drive accountability through action planning.
• Contribute to the employee listening strategy through survey design, listening program delivery, and integration of employee sentiment and workforce insights.

• 6+ years of experience in an international, preferably global corporate environment
• You are passionate about solving business problems with data and insights, and have the ability to think critically and provide innovative solutions based on data insights.
• You have strong influencing skills and are able to operate at both a strategic and operational level within a complex matrix organization while managing diverse stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights and recommendations.
• You bring experience in developing and rolling out global projects, programs, and processes as well as managing external partners or vendors in the process where needed.
