Job summary

JDE Peet’s is seeking a Global People Analytics Business Partner who collaborates with senior leaders and HR teams to turn workforce data into actionable business insights across talent, workforce planning, and employee engagement.

You will leverage Visier to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, developing scalable analytics solutions and standardizing HR insights delivery for aligned decision-making.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in an international, preferably global corporate environment.
• You solve business problems with data and insights and provide innovative data-based solutions.
• Strong influencing skills and ability to operate at strategic and operational levels in a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders and HR to align analytics with strategic priorities.
• Analyze workforce, talent, financial, and feedback data to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and HR metrics within Visier to support self-service decision-making.
• Lead standardized reporting processes, including monthly reviews and quarterly business reviews.
• Coach leaders and HR teams to interpret data and drive accountability through action planning.
• Contribute to employee listening strategy through survey design and integration of sentiment insights.
