JDE Peet’s in Amsterdam seeks a Global People Analytics Specialist to turn workforce data into actionable business insights. You will partner with senior HR and business leaders to translate complex data into clear recommendations and scalable reporting solutions using Visier.

You will lead standardized HR reporting, support monthly and quarterly reviews, and coach leaders to act on insights. You will also contribute to employee listening initiatives and help align analytics with strategic

Qualifications

6+ years of experience in an international, preferably global corporate environment.
Passionate about solving business problems with data & insights, with critical thinking and innovative solutions.
Strong influencing skills to operate at strategic and operational levels within a matrix organization.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills to translate data into clear business insights and recommendations.
Experience developing and rolling out global projects and managing external partners when needed.

Responsibilities

Partner with leaders to align analytics with strategic priorities.
Analyze workforce, financial, and feedback data to identify trends and opportunities.
Develop dashboards and HR metrics in Visier to support self-service decisions.
Lead standardized reporting processes like monthly reviews and quarterly business reviews.
Coach leaders to interpret data and drive accountability through action planning.
Contribute to employee listening strategy through survey design and sentiment integration.
