You will work with senior leaders and HR teams to develop scalable solutions, dashboards, and reporting, enabling self-service decision-making and accountability across the organization.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in international corporate environments with data focus.
• Ability to solve business problems with data and insights.
• Strong influencing skills in a complex matrix organization.
• Excellent communication to translate data into clear insights.
• Experience delivering global projects and managing external partners.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders and HR stakeholders to align analytics with priorities.
• Analyze workforce, talent, financial, and feedback data to identify trends and risks.
• Develop dashboards and KPI reporting within Visier for self-service decisions.
• Lead standardized reporting processes, monthly reviews, and quarterly business reviews.
• Coach leaders to interpret data and drive action planning.
• Contribute to employee listening strategy and sentiment integration.
