Job summary

JDE Peet’s UK is seeking a Global People Analytics Specialist to partner with senior leaders and HR teams, turning workforce data into actionable insights. You will leverage Visier to develop scalable reporting, standardize HR reporting, and drive data-driven decision-making across regions.

You will lead dashboards, KPI reporting, and enable self-service decision-making, while coaching leaders to interpret data and drive accountability through action planning.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in an international/global corporate environment.
• Passionate about solving business problems with data and insights.
• Ability to think critically and provide innovative data-based solutions.
• Strong influencing skills across a complex matrix organization with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and storytelling to translate data into insights and recommendations.
• Experience delivering global projects and managing external partners or vendors.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders and HR stakeholders to align analytics with strategic priorities.
• Analyze workforce, financial, and feedback data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and KPI reporting within Visier to enable self-service decisions.
• Lead standardized HR reporting processes including monthly reviews and quarterly business reviews.
• Coach leaders and HR teams to interpret data, derive insights, and drive action planning.
