Job summary

JDE Peet's is seeking a Global People Analytics Specialist to partner with senior leaders and HR teams, turning workforce data into actionable insights. You will leverage Visier to create scalable reporting and enable data-driven decision-making across talent, workforce planning, and engagement.

You will standardize HR reporting, drive leadership dashboards, and coach leaders to interpret data and translate it into action plans, improving accountability across the organization.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in an international, preferably global corporate environment.
• Passion for solving business problems with data & insights, with the ability to think critically and provide innovative solutions based on data insights.
• Strong influencing skills and ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels within a complex matrix organization with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills, translating complex data into clear business insights and recommendations.
• Experience developing and rolling out global projects, programs, and processes and managing external partners or vendors when needed.

Responsibilities

• Coach and enable leaders and HR teams to interpret data, derive insights, and drive accountability through action planning.
• Contribute to the employee listening strategy through survey design, listening program delivery, and integration of employee sentiment and workforce insights.

Job Description

The Global People Analytics Specialist partners with senior leaders and HR teams to turn workforce data into actionable business insights. As part of the Global Employee Listening & Analytics team, you will support our global regions and help drive data-informed decision-making across topics such as talent, workforce planning, and employee engagement. You will primarily leverage Visier as our People Analytics suite to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, translating complex data into clear recommendations. A key focus of the role is developing scalable reporting solutions and enabling leaders to use people data effectively. You will also lead the standardization of HR reporting and business review processes, helping to create greater alignment, accountability, and data-driven decision-making across the organization.
