Job summary

JDE Peet’s in Amsterdam is seeking a Global People Analytics Business Partner to turn workforce data into actionable insights. You will work with senior HR leaders across regions to drive data-informed decisions on talent, workforce planning, and engagement, primarily using Visier to develop scalable analytics solutions and self-service reporting.

You will lead standardised reporting, dashboards and reviews, coach leaders to interpret data, and align HR insights with strategic priorities.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in an international, preferably global corporate environment.
• Ability to solve business problems with data & insights and provide innovative solutions.
• Strong influencing skills and ability to operate at strategic and operational levels within a complex matrix.

Responsibilities

• Turn workforce, talent, financial, and feedback data into actionable recommendations.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and KPI reporting within Visier to support self-service decisions.
• Lead standardized reporting processes, including management dashboards, monthly reviews, and quarterly business reviews.
• Coach leaders and HR teams to interpret data and drive accountability through action planning.
• Contribute to employee listening strategy through survey design and integration of sentiment data.
