Urban Gym Group seeks a Payroll Manager to own end-to-end payroll across the UK, Netherlands, and Ireland, with growing involvement in Dubai. You will drive process improvements, work with external providers, and lead payroll-related projects as the group scales.

The role is based at the Amsterdam head office with strong cross‑functional collaboration with Finance and HR, offering ownership and a competitive package including holiday pay and pension.

Qualifications

• Multi-country payroll experience (UK, NL, Ireland) required.
• Experience with AFAS Dutch payroll system preferred.
• Scale-up environment experience is a plus.
• Able to own payroll projects and lead migrations.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.
• Strong Excel skills with pivot tables and complex formulas.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end monthly payroll for employees across UK, NL, and Ireland; growing involvement in Dubai and other countries as the Group expands.
• Coordinate payroll data submissions with external providers for accuracy and timeliness.
• Ensure salaries, deductions, bonuses, expenses, and benefits are processed.
• Provide payroll-related guidance on legislation and tax to management.
• Lead implementation/migration of a new payroll system (Rippling).
• Line-manage the Payroll Specialist; support HR processes alongside payroll.
