Job summary

Urban Gym Group is seeking a Payroll Specialist in Amsterdam ( NL HQ ) with responsibility for monthly payroll processing for UK and Netherlands employees. You will work closely with the Payroll Manager in a two-person payroll team, ensuring timely, accurate payroll and regulatory compliance for multiple markets.

The role emphasizes data accuracy, GDPR compliance, and proactive support for future country rollouts.

Qualifications

• A few years of hands-on payroll processing experience.
• Experience with UK and Dutch payroll regulations.
• Knowledge of time and attendance processing and related regulations.
• Fluent English; Dutch a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end monthly payroll for UK and Netherlands employees.
• Ensure payroll compliance with UK and Dutch regulations.
• Be the first point of contact for payroll questions from employees.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and reporting in GDPR-compliant systems.
• Support onboarding of additional countries into the payroll scope.
• Assist with payroll system changes and data migration.
