Job summary

Topcon Europe Positioning B.V. in Zoetermeer is seeking an attentive Order Processor to manage the full order processing cycle for international customers, from intake through delivery, using SAP ERP and coordinating with Logistics, Sales and Purchasing.

You will verify pricing, quantities and product availability, maintain customer files, and communicate order status clearly by phone and email. A hybrid work model is offered with 3 days in the office and 2 days at home, plus a competitive

Qualifications

• Minimum MBO level (4) education or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in the same or a similar role.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders from intake through delivery for international customers.
• Verify pricing, quantities, product availability and completeness.
• Enter and maintain orders in SAP ERP.
• Coordinate order status, shipment dates, pricing and backorders with internal teams.
• Distribute order information to departments to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Maintain customer files and documentation.
• Respond to inquiries via email and phone about order status.
• Collaborate with Logistics, Sales, and Purchasing to support operations.
