Job summary

Topcon Europe Positioning B.V. in Zoetermeer, Netherlands, seeks an Order Processor to manage international order processing from intake to delivery within the Europe Distribution Center.

You will verify pricing, enter orders in SAP, coordinate with Logistics, Sales and Purchasing, and keep customers informed about status, shipments, and backorders. The role emphasizes accuracy, proactive communication, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in order processing, customer service or admin role.
• Experience with ERP systems, SAP preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent English and Dutch communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage complete order processing cycle for international customers from intake to delivery.
• Verify pricing, quantities, product availability and completeness.
• Enter and maintain orders in the ERP system (SAP).
• Coordinate order status, shipment dates, pricing and backorders with internal teams.
• Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone with timely updates.
• Collaborate with Logistics, Sales and Purchasing to ensure on‑time fulfillment.
